This website is operated by Nufferton AB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nufferton®. Nufferton® offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms & conditions including Shipping information and Return & exchanges carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms & Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Nufferton.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Nufferton.com, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Nufferton.com.

You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.

Return Policy

RETURNS

Nufferton’s return period is 14 days. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible; 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products. When returning an item you will have to pay all shipping costs. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Nufferton. 

EXCHANGES

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Use the attached form to specify which item you want instead. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account that was used for the original purchase. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card. As soon as we have received the item and approved the exchange, we will ship your new item.

You may also visit our shop or e-mail us at shop@nufferton.com on beforehand to ensure that we have your desired product in stock.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

1. Contact us at shop@nufferton.com and ask for a returns/exchange form. 
2. Complete the returns form and place it inside the box together with the product.
3. For Swedish orders: Drop off your package at your local DHL Service Point Center. For international orders: Schedule a pickup of your package by calling your local UPS, visiting ups. com or dropping the package off at your nearest UPS service center. 
4. Make sure the delivery address of your return shipment is:

5. You as the customer are responsible to pay all shipping costs attributable your return or exchange.
6. Once your return/exchange is received and confirmed - we will order your refund or send you your exchange product.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Nufferton.com's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Nufferton.com have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail. The card payment system used by Nufferton is developed by Stripe. All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.

Force Majeure

Nufferton.com is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.

Insolvency

In case Nufferton.com has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Nufferton.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Nufferton.com.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to Nufferton AB. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
